Deputy Director

The Deputy Director of OxCHEPS is David Warner, Principal of Swansea Institute of Higher Education. David has previously worked at the Universities of East Anglia, Warwick and Central England in Birmingham. He has published extensively on many aspects of educational management and his books include Visual and Corporate Identitiy; Income Generation (now in second edition); Managing Educational Property; and Human Resource Management in Higher Education.

David undertakes numerous consultancies, especially in the areas of student recruitment, international education, income generation and educational marketing. He is the joint commissioning editor (wth David Palfreyman) of a series of fifteen books for the Open University Press entitled Managing Universities and Colleges (see the list at the Resources Page of this site).
