UCELNET is the Universities and Colleges Education Law Network offered by OxCHEPS to UK higher and further education institutions on a membership (annual subscription) basis. Its Directors are Professor Dennis Farrington and David Palfreyman, Director of OxCHEPS; they are the joint authors of The Law of Higher Education (Oxford University Press, 2006), which is supported online by an updating service and a Higher Education Casebook, both at the OxCHEPS home page.
